Human Resource Investment Council
Offers a variety of tools to give businesses a competitive edge. Serves as a catalyst, initiating inventive programs, funding innovation solutions through tax credits and other incentives, and building a network of employment resources. Partners with NetWorkRI and the Workforce Investment Board.

The Clothing Collaborative
A program of Dorcas Place, and supported by the RI Department of Human Services, the Clothing Collaborative works with businesses, private agencies, and state agencies to provide eligible individuals with appropriate attire for interviewing and work.
