Congratulations!

Congratulations to all newly certified PHR and SPHR members! Your hard work has paid off. Your designation signifies another step in your professional development. Kudos as well to all those who have successfully recertified.

Last chance to take a pencil and paper test!

Since May 2004, all PHR and SPHR exams are delivered by computer at test centers across the country. There are several advantages to this method of examination:

• No more traveling long distances to take the exam;
   
• No more waiting for results: a prelimainary pass/fail result will be available immediately;
   
• No more taking an exam on one particular date: two annual testing windows will be available – May 1 to June 30, and November 15 to January 15.

First GPHR Certification Exam

Also, in Spring 2004, HRCI offered the first certification exam for the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). Anyone with responsibilities or interest in the area of international human resources can receive more details at the website as well.
